This year, downtown Waukesha will be extending Small Business Saturday to be Small Business Weekend from Friday, November 27, 2020 through Sunday, November 29, 2020, in order to accommodate social distancing. Expect to find great deals and sales at businesses of all sorts. Downtown Waukesha is a vibrant and diverse community of small businesses that offer a large variety of products and services. Enjoy an elegant horse-drawn carriage ride through the streets of downtown Waukesha! Purchase your tickets and hop on the carriage at Martha Merrell’s Books at 231 W. Main St. Carriage rides will run from 6 - 9 p.m. on Fridays and from 1 - 5 p.m. on Saturdays from November 27 to December 26, excluding Christmas Day. Tickets are $5 each or $20 for a group of five. Masks will be required and groups will be asked to appropriately social distance.

Letters to Santa

This year you will find 2 red mailboxes to deposit your letters to Santa in. One can be found at Martha Merrill's Books and the other at Mountaintop Coffee. There will be two additional, smaller mailboxes floating around downtown Waukesha, so visit all of our lovely small businesses and find a little red box to put your special letter to Santa in.

It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play

The Waukesha Civic Theatre will be opening up again beginning December 4 with It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. The play will run until December 20, with limited seating to provide for social distancing. Call the Box Office at 262-547-0708 to reserve your seat now!
