Tree Lighting Ceremony

November 16 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

WAUKESHA IS CELEBRATING THE 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF BECOMING THE CAROLING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD – GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS

Bring your family out for the downtown Waukesha tree lighting & chamber networking event.

FIRST ANNUAL DOGGY REINDEER COSTUME CONTEST – Dress up your dog like a holiday reindeer and bring them out to the tree lighting!

There will be carols, cards for veterans, hot cocoa, and a countdown to the lighting of the tree…plus a visit from Santa!

Join in on Friday, November 16 at the Rotunda beginning at 5:30p.m. for a short program of music and holiday cheer.

Bring holiday cheer to Downtown Waukesha for their Old Fashioned Christmas Tree lighting! The Mayor will be there to help start the holidays, and you can usually count on an appearance by Santa Claus, too. The family-friendly event also has Christmas carols and hot cocoa from the Salvation Army!

This event also serves as the kickoff to the Salvation Army’s annual bell ringing campaign so they will be accepting food and cash donations.
